Washington, D.C. – Following the announcement of President Trump signing a waiver to postpone moving the Israeli embassy to Jerusalem for six months, Congressman Franks has made the following statement:

"As chair of the Israel Allies Caucus, I am extremely disappointed in President Trump’s decision to delay moving our embassy to Jerusalem from Tel Aviv. It is my sincerest hope to meet with the President’s advisors soon to discuss the plan moving forward.”
