Washington, D.C. – Today, the House voted for a package of sweeping sanctions against North Korea, Russian and Iran – three regimes that threaten their neighbors and undermine the United States’ national security. The sanctions provide the United States important leverage.

Washington, D.C. – On Tuesday, May 30, the Missile Defense Agency successfully tested a Ground-Based Interceptor (GBI) against a "complex, threat-representative ICBM target" for the first time in history. The target ICBM was launched from the Reagan Test Site on the Kwajalein Atoll and intercepted from our GBI field on Vandenberg Air Force Base. Congressman Franks said of the test:
